Hanmer Springs Top 10 Holiday Park

Beautiful designed hotel, our stay was really nice.

The hotel was near to the township of Hanmer, easy walking distance to all the local shops, restaurants and bars and different areas of the camp and the town centre and thermal springs thanks to its fantastic and stunning location.

Great value for the money, cozy and well-equipped cabin with beautiful mountain views. The staff was super helpful and even assisted us with setting up a rollaway bed due to my broken finger. The location was awesome, within walking distance to the hot pools and everything in town.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe offer more variety or healthier options.

Cleanliness of facilities, spacious cabin, comfortable for whole family and would be excellent value. Walk to town and pools and easy access to mountainbiking trails.

the cook top not great but useable for say soups and baked beans..but the rest of the place is excellent so real problem

Great location close to shops, cafes, and plenty of activities. It's safe and easy to explore around here! 😊

Excellent customer service that went beyond what they were required to do. Very family friendly and an excellent location for young family - we could walk everywhere no problem.

Double bed was a bit hard and the lounge area was just a little bit too 'snug'. However, in terms of value for money I think it was great.

The location was great and beautiful, for example, Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa was not too far from the hotel...

My wife says that the kids wished there were more interactive activities available.

The cabin was clean and warm. The web site did not show the sort of unit which we were booking that was a problem. Luckily the return email said the things that were needed like bedding.The bathroom was very clean and was heated and the kitchen well appointed.The staff were friendly at the office and we felt welcome.

That the web site did not clearly indicate what was being booked. The site made it seem that we were booking a higher level of accomodation than we were, It was only the return email that advised me we were sharing bathroom and toilet and bringing our own bedding. My comment to the owner about the poor web site resulted in him saying that many people say that they book badly. I suggested that the web page is poorly constructed. I am very able with internet bookings yet found this page misleading.

We appreciated the modern decor and the comfortable bed in our room. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. - the holiday park is conveniently located near the town center, Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa, shops, and hot pools.

I liked the very friendly service provided by office staff when we arrived. I was impressed with the local knowledge and this was conveyed easily by staff. I was impressed by the unit we stayed in it was exceptionally clean and tidy and very well presented. The park itself was very tidy and well laid out for guests. The facilities provided were second to none and I would highly recommend Hanmer Springs Top 10 Holiday Park to anyone.
